A Ghanaian national, Dr Sarkodie holds the distinction of being the first certified Interventional Radiologist in Ghana. In addition to completing a Visiting Fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in the US, he completed a clinical fellowship in Endovascular and Interventional Radiology at the Singapore General Hospital. A Fellow of the West African College of Surgeons as well as a senior lecturer at the University of Ghana School of Medicine and Dentistry, in 2014 he was the recipient of the international scholar award program of the Society of Interventional Radiology.

In 2017, under the Euracare brand, he opened two clinics specialising in radiology, interventional cardiology and minimally invasive surgery in Lagos (Nigeria) and Accra (Ghana). In June 2018, Aymeric Erouart also took charge of overseeing Missionpharma and Fazzini, two companies specialising in the supply of medications, consumables and hospital equipment to international and governmental organisations. On this occasion, he was appointed Eurapharma Institutional Clients & Medical Services Director. Aymeric currently sits as the Group CEO of Euracare, responsible for the Nigeria and Ghana businesses.
